we were wanting some pizza and this turned out to be the worst place to have a late lunch! figuring that a place with pizza in its name would have good pizza, it was not! the pizza tasted like it came out of a box and had no taste and was too expensive! the guy working there acted like we were putting him out by being there. that may be the reason why we were the only ones there. he asked if we wanted it to go or eat there. we said there. he asked inside or out, we said in. he offered up only 2 tables to sit at which were directly in front of the a/c unit running on high. to sit in the room where the tv was would have been better, even sitting outside would have been better! believe me, we will not be recommending this place to anyone! there are other places that offer pizza in town. we will make sure to check with the locals the next time we want pizza. hopefully they wont suggest this place.

This place is ripe for a Restaurant Impossible episode. The pizza is excellent, but the venue leaves a lot to be desired. The table was not cleaned very well; the floor was dusty; there were dead bugs on the window sills, and so on. Both times we have been there, the owner almost seemed bothered that we were there (and we were the only ones in the restaurant both times. Too bad because there is a lot of potential here.

Well, first this place DOES not deliver no matter what they say. 1.5 hours for delivery estimate. We say we're not in a hurry so they want to know our address which is less than 3 miles from the restaurant, their response is we don't deliver that far. Sure, that's even ok, we'll pick it up. We get there to pick up our order and need Parmesan. The waiters response is, "Its over there." I have to walk behind the counter open the plastic container it's stored in while he wonders off no thanks for the tip or enjoy your pizza. I find the Parmesan among the multitude of condiments. Is there even a manager at this establishment? The service is the worst i've ever had. Their website says if you're looking for a chain pizza go somewhere else. Next time I will because all I ask for is barely decent service no matter how good the actual pizza is.

I'm giving this pizza joint two stars only because they were extremely busy when we got there, and it seemed like they might be short staffed. However, this does not account for the average pizza. The menu makes it sound like you're about to experience the most unique pizza experience ever, while the crust was average at best, and the sauce/cheese was less so. We also ordered the much advertised $5 Patron margaritas. There was certainly way too much mix, or perhaps they forgot to drop in the tequila completely. Either way, not what we hoped for. Since our summer home is so close, I think we'll give them another chance in the future just to give them a chance to redeem themselves.

Enjoyable pizza ( as a new yorker that is a compliment it's hard almost impossible to find good pizza outside of NY.. this place is on my list of places to return to) pretty cool atmosphere, service with a smile... back to stuffing my face. Try the fries, my fav.

Where to start.... 1. Pizza was average but VERY expensive they charge for the crust and for pepperoni. 2. They forgot to bring me my salad which was also over priced, and small. 3. The bathroom was locked and very sketchy. 4. The wifi didn't work at all. 5. The service was TERRIBLE worst service ever. This place deserves to go out of business. Worst experience Iv ever had.

Pizza was wonderful and salad very fresh. Service was friendly and thoughtful. Homemade creamy Italian dressing on the salad was just right and served on the side without having to request it. Pizza topping choices were varied with lots of options. The same range of toppings is available for entry salads-very creative!

  • Christina S.

The pizza? VERY good! The crust is absolutely yummy! The service? Well, it's honestly what you get in a smaller town in Colorado where they love their locals. The server wasn't rude to us at all, but he was pretty disinterested... The building?... Ick! It really does need a makeover as another reviewer suggested... and could use a good cleaning... Had I visited the restroom before ordering I might have thought to go elsewhere. Also, I don't know if it's the ice or what but the soda kinda tasted like dirt, or mold... soooo I'd stick with the bottled beer if I were you.

We were the only people in the entire place and we still received some of the worst service I have ever experienced. We just spent over $80 on sub par, undercooked, soggy, way over-skunk-cheesed pizza. On top of that, we were treated like we were a nuisance. The salads were brought out as plates of lettuce- no toppings. The pizza toppings cost 1.75 ea and they were so sparse that we couldn't even see them on the pizza. It was everything I could do to not flip off the jerk worker that ignored us and watched TV with his FEET ON A DINING ROOM TABLE. Screw you guys.

Can't say for taste, but I came here solely because the Yelp page and their website says they serve Gluten Free pizza. This is not true. They dropped it from their menu and have no celiac friendly items on the menu. If you need GF, this is NOT the place. Try DSP Pizzeria instead.

This place is an absolute filth hole and run by the worst I've ever seen in the industry, which is saying a lot. If you can, save yourself the gut-aches.

Pizza was ok. Crust was good. Owner was not that friendly. I am not sure if I would come here again.

Pizza was decent. But I don't know who is running this place. Our waitress was 9 years old. It took a really long time for the pizza to come out. Afterwards we ordered a cinnamon bread chunk dessert that was to be dunked in chocolate. They brought out the cinnamon bread with no chocolate and later told us when we asked that they were out of chocolate. Defeated the whole purpose

Went for a large wheat sourdough pizza. Picked up and the box was cold. Got it back to where we were staying and cold and soggy. Put it in the oven for another 10 and it was better. My concern was the price. After arguing with me about too many toppings on half a pizza doesn't let it cook right, they "scalped" me with about $25 of soggy pizza. Plus, a slice of NY style pizza should have more than two pieces of pepperoni on it!?! Right? Won't waste my money here again.

Came by this place after an afternoon at the springs as it was stumbling distance from the hotel! Ordered a 6-topping large with original crust ($3 extra for the whole wheat sourdough -- a little too much of a premium for me) -- what we got a while later was a delicious thin-crust pizza that quickly disappeared along with some Durango Hop Hugger IPA (they have a decent selection of craft brew, but came in the bottle -- I'm partial to the glass, but didn't bother asking). Another plus -- being at the top of the hill, the porch had a nice view of the mountains. My only beef is, while the service was attentive, it took a long while for the pizza to arrive. So, my recommendation -- go with someone you need to catch up with, or bring a book.

We come here every time we come to Pagosa to go skiing. It is my husbands favorite pizza - anywhere! The crust is amazing! The toppings are great and a large variety. As far as the building - it isn't a 5 star restaurant - it is more of a "hole in the wall joint" but we have ALWAYS had great service-- even from the owner himself.

  • Tom D.

Really good pizza, with great crust. Exceptional crust. Best in town. Ambience is not that great and place needs a make over buy product is great.

  • Al C.

If a $5 delivery charge is worth 4 stars then the $8 charge they gave us deserves 3 stars. I think they take advantage of tourists so I would avoid this place. The pizza was just ok...definitely not worth what we paid. Not sure about eating in but I wouldn't order delivery...especially if you are visitor. You've been warned.

Saturday night in Pagosa and the place was dead. Ordered house salad and large pizza with garlic, chicken and jalapeños. The pizza was good but the salad that cost almost 4 dollars was definitely not worth it. Not to mentioned we asked for a few extra sides of ranch an when we got the bill we were charged 50 cents a piece for them. Would've been nice to know before hand. Overall not a ba pizza place but if in pagosa I would recommend trying other restaurants or just order delivery pizza.

ordered a simple pie and it was delivered perfectly. liberal use of cheese and oil made this pizza very comforting after the long trek over wolf creek pass. $5 delivery charge cost them a fifth star. overall great pizza place.

First day in Pagosa Springs. Looked on Yelp and found the deal. It was easy to use and best of all...the pizza was very good. Service was friendly and eating great pizza on the patio looking at the mountains with a local beer...awesome!

Discovered this place in Pagosa Springs after a day of snowboarding. Friendly staff and pizza was YUM, that is, if you like thin crust. They have 3 different types of crust to choose from - original white, whole wheat sourdough, and gluten-free. You should try the black and tan onion rings...eat it while it's hot! Ordered 3-topping (spinach, mushroom, and hot italian sausage) - so tasty!

Sunday night, not too crowded but we stood waiting for service for 5-10 mins. The waiter walked by us 5 times and completely ignored us. We did not stay to eat.

Fantastic pizza and friendly service. Crispy thin crust and fresh ingredients. Caesar salad crisp and not too heavy on dressing. Great bottled beer selection!

Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large.
